I’m looking to implement this into my workout routine. I work out three days a week. I’m in good shape but looking to go to the next level – If I try the Jarrow GPLC – should I follow the label on usage? Is there a certain amount that will work better for me?
    thanks
    Fred

    Fred,
For best results I recommend you take 4.5 grams 1.5 hours before working out. I suggest you take GlycoCarn for 5 days on and 2 days off. Combine this with working out at least 3 days a week, and you will see extreme results relatively quickly.

Based on that I would have to take 6 pills a day – that gets expensive.

Formula’s vary depending on what you’re looking to achieve. If you are looking to pump up and train for real I would recommend researching some formula’s such as the new Alpha Fury made by Prosource – this product will supply a full dosage you need at a reasonable price:

REMEMBER – GLYCOCARN WORKS! It’s clinically proven – all the science backs up their claims – It’s the old saying – YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR!

I’ve use Nitric Oxide products for years and they are half the cost. This sounds like the same old message that they all say. Why would I spend more?

GlycoCarn is not like any NO product out there – there is no other product out there that I know about that can make the same claims.

Scientific studies show that GlycoCarn is a highly effective nitric oxide booster. In fact, recent double blind studies reveal that GlycoCarn is the only ingredient proven to increase nitric oxide levels in the human bloodstream.

GlycoCarn is glycine propionyl-L-carnitine hcl, USP (or GPLC), a propionyl ester of carnitine that includes an additional glycine component. Compared with other forms of carnitine, GlycoCarn works as a nitric oxide booster, exhibiting a special affinity for muscle tissues, such as the heart. In addition it helps boost nitric oxide health, acting as a powerful scavenger against superoxide radicals, and protects against lipid peroxidation.

For years there has been products that have made similar claims but there is no scientific proof behind them. GlycoCarn is patented and proven!!!

This link will lead you to scientific information – but I don’t focus on stuff that I can hardly pronounce. I JUST KNOW GLYCOCARN WORKS!!!!

Sounds good – I’ll let you know what I really think after I try some

    Hey Tommy,
I started using Glycocarn just a few weeks ago and while I’m not after that pump that everyone is talking about, I definitely see the results. I’m a semi-pro surfer and I need that energy boost for the hard hits my body takes in the waves!

    • tommyalston says:

Not only that, but I’m sure you’re going to feel that your recovery time after your surf sessions will decrease. Any of the glycocarn products will help you achieve this! Definitely feel free to post some photos of your surfing.

    Tommy-
I’m a female fitness fanatic but I definitely don’t want to be jacked. Will taking products with Glycocarn automatically make my muscles huge?

    • tommyalston says:

Not necessarily. The beauty of Glycocarn is that you can use it for whatever suits your needs. You can use it as a fat burner, shed pounds or build muscle. Glycocarn is also great for building energy and increasing endurance. The trick is to use the formulations geared towards your goals and to monitor the amount of Glycocarn that you take. Make sure you read up on the different products to see what will work best for you! Good luck!
