My name is Tommy Alston, and I am here to talk about the fitness tips I have accumulated throughout my career to help both beginner and intermediate bodybuilders achieve their goals.  You might recognize me as the 2003 winner of the Musclemania Superbody Championship welterweight division, and those who do not know me will learn a little about my career, along with my advice for bodybuilders, throughout this series of blog posts.

After ten years working as a personal trainer and eleven training as a professional natural bodybuilder, the mechanics of muscle building have become a way of life for me, and not just a daily routine.  Over the years, I have spent a great deal of my time mastering the fundamentals of resistance training and natural bodybuilding, which I will share with you in detail over the next few blog posts.

If you are an intermediate weight lifter, you may already know the importance of proper nutrition and the dynamic role diet plays in reaching your fitness goals.  If you are new to the idea of dieting in order to reach your goals then my blog will get you started on the right foot.
