    I’m looking to implement this into my workout routine. I work out three days a week. I’m in good shape but looking to go to the next level – If I try the Jarrow GPLC – should I follow the label on usage? Is there a certain amount that will work better for me?

    For best results I recommend you take 4.5 grams 1.5 hours before working out. I suggest you take GlycoCarn for 5 days on and 2 days off. Combine this with working out at least 3 days a week, and you will see extreme results relatively quickly.

    I started using Glycocarn just a few weeks ago and while I’m not after that pump that everyone is talking about, I definitely see the results. I’m a semi-pro surfer and I need that energy boost for the hard hits my body takes in the waves!

      Not necessarily. The beauty of Glycocarn is that you can use it for whatever suits your needs. You can use it as a fat burner, shed pounds or build muscle.     so true- that was the first thing i was worrying about when i first considered glycocarn, but it did not make me grow in any direction 😛 rather toned me down and kept me strong. so go for it!
